Heshwin is a rising junior pursuing a Biology BS and Psychology BS double major. As part of the Scholars for Medicine program, she is seeking experiences and interactions to build interpersonal and professional skill sets on the path to becoming a physician-scientist. Heshwin is an active member of the Stony Brook community, with experience as a leader in the Undergraduate Biology Student Advisory Board, Career Center Graphic Design Intern, Yang Hall Council President, USG Director of Community, Neuroscience Axis Vice President, and Honors College Student Advisory Board. Additionally, she is actively involved in undergraduate research and assists with clinical research in the Department of Neurosurgery and laboratory research in the Department of Biophysics and Physiology.
