Assistant Professor/Clinical Assistant Professor
Required Qualifications
DDS/DMD from a CODA accredited institution or equivalent foreign degree. NYS dental
license or eligibility. Candidate is enrolled in the second year of a CODA accredited
advanced specialty education program in Endodontics or have a certificate in Endodontics.
Preferred Qualifications
Board Certification by the American Board of Endodontics (ABE). PhD or other advanced
degree. Clinical and teaching experience.
Responsibilities & Requirements
The Assistant Professor/Clinical Assistant Professor will be engaged in the predoctoral
and Advanced Specialty Educational programs in Endodontics. The selected incumbent
will have a role in the Division's clinical, academic, research and administrative
activities at both the predoctoral and postdoctoral levels. The selected candidate
must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Special Notes
Tenure/Non-Tenure Track. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions
of the FLSA. Internal and external search to occur simultaneously. Anticipated Start Date: To be determined.
