Welcome to the Institute for Globalization Studies (IGS), which, among other things, offers a new BA in Globalization Studies and International Relations (GLI). Check out this video about the GLI major:

Add a GLI focus to your MA in another discipline
The "Competence in Globalization" focus is a new microcredential that you can obtain through GLI in order to make your MA more marketable.
You can earn a Master of Arts with a Focus in Globalization Studies and International Relations with one of the following MA programs:
- Africana Studies
- Asian & Asian-American Studies
- English
- Languages & Cultural Studies
- Hispanic Languages & Literature
- History

The spring student mixer on March 1, 2023 gave GLI majors and minors an opportunity to meet Joseph Kim, former U.S. State Department Foreign Service Officer.
In this meet and greet, Joseph Kim went over:
