GRADE REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION
To successfully complete IEC UP2 and gain admission to SBU, students must get a B or higher in IEC 104 and have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 in the UP credit courses. If your final grades from both courses give you an average 2.0 GPA, you will be accepted as an undergraduate student at Stony Brook University.
Students in IEC UP1 must get a B or better in IEC 103 and also have a 2.0 GPA in their UP course, which is a grade of C in order to move up to UP2 in the consecutive semester.
