Empire State Development "Sail-Thru" Summer Initiative
This initiative encourages Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) to collaborate with local Entrepreneurship Assistance Centers (EACs) or Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) in completing their New York State MWBE certification applications.
