Professional interests:
Recent work has focused on K-12 STEM teacher professional development, identity, and leadership; culturally responsive-sustaining engineering and computer science education, and accountability and certification in teacher education.
Grants and Initiatives:
Dr. Napolitano has served as researcher on grants from the National Science Foundation Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship program. Additionally, she was Director of the New York Wipro Science Education Foundation’s “Wipro Reimagined.”
