    Millionaires Elite

The Millionaires Elite recognizes faculty with the largest research enterprises of CEAS in a fiscal year.  It was instituted in Fall 2021.  The standard is set in advance with the expectation of recognizing the top 5%.  The current standard is that a faculty member must exceed $1M in externally sponsored research expenditures in the fiscal year (between July 1 and June 30).

  • Millionaires Club

    Millionaires Club

The Millionaires Club recognizes faculty members who achieved exceptional success in leading externally sponsored research proposals in a fiscal year. It was instituted in Fall 2016. The standard is set in advance of the fiscal year with the expectation of recognizing the top 10% of CEAS faculty. The current standard is that a faculty member must be the Principal Investigator (PI) on new externally sponsored awards totaling $1M+ and start dates within the 15-month period centered on the fiscal year (July 1 to June 30). The intention of the 15-month period is to minimize disqualifications due to start dates altered by uncontrollable extrinsic factors.
