Stony Brook University is coordinating free bus transportation to campus on select dates and times for undergraduate and graduate students (including both residential and commuter students).

Transport is provided from John F. Kennedy (JFK) airport to Stony Brook University's main campus located in Stony Brook, New York on the approved days/times as listed below. If you are flying into a different airport, the free shuttle bus will not be available from there. You are welcome to purchase, at your own cost, separate transportation to JFK airport from where our free shuttles will depart. Things to note

• The free shuttle buses are available on a first-come, first-served basis to students. No guests are permitted on the buses, these buses are only available to SBU students.
• Buses are available to Main Campus only.
• Students are encouraged to register as early as possible, as registration will close 10 days prior to the scheduled departure date and time.
• Confirmation emails, with directions for pick-up, will be sent to the email collected once the registration deadline has passed (we recommend using your Stony Brook email).
• Service is not guaranteed and may be cancelled due to low number of registrations. Students will be notified, by email, if the service they requested is cancelled.
• Once the form has been submitted, should your travel plans change, you may make changes to your registration anytime up to 10 days prior to the shuttle departure date and time.
